Since 1992, Mr. Cucchiaro has been serving as the President of Dental Laboratory ALFA in Udine, Italy. In that capacity, he directed the operations of the dental laboratory specializing in the construction and repair of dentures, bridges, crowns and other artifical tooth replacement devices (prosthetics).

In addition, since 2004, he and Dental Laboratory ALFA have managed Training and Customer Support manager with Zirkonzahn Italy. In this capacity, he has been managing the training of specialized employees of dental laboratories which purchase and use Zirkonzahn’s products and managing essential product support operations; managing the development, implementation and provision of instructional and training courses for customers on how to develop, customize and manufacture complex dentl prostheses using our specialized Zirconia milling systems and sinter furnaces as well as our other products; managing the development, implementation and provision of instructional courses of various levels as well as additional instructional program elements such as materials engineering and biocompatibility theory; managing the implementation of a performance evaluation system and defined parameters for instructor-customer evaluation and feedback on progress; managing customer support operations; and serving as key training and customer support liaison with other managers of our Italian parent and worldwide affiliate companies to ensure consistent premier-level of training and customer support throughout the Zirkonzahn Group.

From 1988 through 1992, Mr. Cucchiaro served as the President of Dental Laboratory ALFA in Reggio Emilia, Italy. In that capacity, he was responsible for directing the operations of a dental laboratory specializing in the construction and repair of dentures, bridges, crowns, and other artificial tooth replacement devices.

Mr. Cucchiaro worked as a Dental Technician from 1985 through 1988, with the Dental Laboratory Luciano Gaddi in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and from 1984 to 1985 with the Dental Laboratory Paul Burgener in Brig, Switzerland, specializing in the construction and repair of dentures, bridges, crowns, and other artificial tooth replacement devices with progressively increasing professional responsibilites.

In 1981, Mr. Cucchiaro received a Degree as a Dental Technician from the Technical College IPSIA in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
