I forgot my login and/or password – what do I do?
  • Simply click on the “forgot your password” link in the Member Log In area and enter your email address. We will verify your account information and email your login and password information to you.


Can I place my order through your website?
  • No. We have a team of member services representatives that are available to handle your transaction in person. This gives us the opportunity to detail all of the valuable features and services that come included with your purchase.


Is my associate authorized to use my subscription?
  • As a subscriber, anyone within your laboratory can benefit from the materials you receive each month from National Lab Network. Each Associate or Team Member will need to create their own account on the National Lab Network site. Please make sure to use the practice phone number and zip code information to ensure they will be authorized for activation.


Why can’t I access CE Tests online?
  • Access to CE Tests online are available only to members that have purchased NLN programming. If you have recently purchased a series, and are trying to access the tests for that series, please create a new account online and you will be activated within 1 business day.
